These terms govern your use of the Fillz website and apps. By using Fillz you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What Fillz is
Fillz shows fuel and EV charging prices near you and estimates which station pays off once the detour is counted. It is an information service. We are not a fuel retailer or a charging operator, we sell nothing at those stations, and we have no relationship with them.
Prices are indicative
This is the most important thing on this page. Prices come from official national sources, charging network feeds and driver reports, each updating on its own schedule. A price can be out of date, wrong, or withdrawn by the station at any moment. The price you pay at the pump is the one on the pump. Always check before filling. The savings and detour figures Fillz shows are estimates based on the consumption and litres you entered, not guarantees.
Community reports
Where no official source exists, prices come from other drivers. If you submit a price or a photo, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that the photo is yours, and that it contains no personal data or anything unlawful. You grant us a free, worldwide licence to display it in Fillz. We may remove or correct any report, and we may block accounts or devices that submit false reports.
The ad-free purchase
Fillz is free. You may optionally make a one-off purchase that removes advertising. There is no subscription and nothing renews. In the apps, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds are handled by them, not by us. As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which you lose once delivery begins with your express consent. The purchase is tied to the store account you bought it with and can be restored on your devices.
Acceptable use
Use Fillz for your own journeys. Do not scrape it, resell its data, overload our servers, submit false prices, upload content that is not yours, or try to break into any part of the service. Do not operate the app while driving. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Intellectual property and data sources
The Fillz name, logo, design and code are ours. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. National price data is used under each source's own open licence, and every station in Fillz shows which source it came from. Those licences and attributions are listed in the app credits.
Our liability
Fillz is provided as it is. We work hard to keep prices accurate but we cannot guarantee they are, nor that the service is always available. We are not liable for a journey made on the basis of an out-of-date price, for a station or charger that is closed, occupied or out of order, or for any indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and languages
We may change these terms, and we update the date at the top when we do. If you keep using Fillz afterwards, you accept the new version. These terms are available in 22 languages for your convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer rules, nor of the right to bring proceedings there. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
