Tell us what we got wrong

Fillz gets better when drivers push back. A price that does not match the pump, a station missing from the map, a country we have not reached yet: this is where you say it, and a person reads it.

Write to us

A wrong price does not stay a small problem

You pull in, and the number on the pump is not the number you were shown. Perhaps the station moved it an hour ago. Perhaps the official feed lagged. Perhaps another driver typed it wrong. Whatever the cause, you have just spent time and fuel on a decision made with bad information, which is the exact thing you opened the app to avoid.

Now multiply it. That same wrong number sits on the screen of every driver who checks that station today. In countries where prices come from driver reports rather than an official feed, one bad figure can quietly point people at the wrong pump for days, and each of them burns real fuel getting there. A comparison app is only worth opening while its numbers match reality. The usual industry answer is to bury the feedback link until nobody bothers, which keeps the inbox tidy and the data rotten.

We would rather have the messy inbox. Every price in Fillz already shows its source and its age, precisely so you can tell when something looks off. This page is the other half of that promise: telling us should cost you about thirty seconds. If it is one specific station, the fastest route is inside the app, where two taps attach the station, the fuel and the time automatically. Everything else, including anything that needs a conversation, belongs here.

What to write about

The form asks you to pick a reason. It is not decoration: it decides who reads the message first and how quickly it turns into a change.

Suggestion

A fuel grade we do not list, a connector type we are missing, a sort order that matches how you actually drive. More of the app comes from these than you would guess, including the way savings are shown against the nearest station rather than the cheapest one.

Bug or problem

Something broken, slow or plainly wrong: a station sitting in the sea, a price that cannot be real, a screen that will not load in your language. Tell us the country and what you were doing when it happened, and we can usually reproduce it the same day.

Partnership

Fuel retailers, charging networks, and anyone running an open data programme. If you publish station level prices or live connector status, we want to read your feed. Every source is credited on the station card itself, because attribution is the price of using open data properly.

Anything else

Press questions, licensing, a data correction request from a station owner, or the thing that fits none of the boxes above. Nobody has ever been penalised here for choosing the wrong category.

What happens after you press send

Your message lands in a database and in a real inbox. There is no ticketing system, no autoresponder pretending to be a person, and no queue position to check. It is a small team, so the honest answer on timing is this: most messages are read the same day and answered within a few days, and the ones that need code take as long as the code takes.

Three things are worth knowing before you write. Your email address is optional, and the only thing we use it for is replying, so without one we can read you but you will never hear back. We keep the message, that optional address and your IP address, the last one purely to stop spam, and the full detail is in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share any of it, and we never will.

Where Fillz works today

Fillz covers 36 countries, and how a price reaches your screen depends on where you are standing. That matters for your message: in some countries a wrong price is ours to chase with a data provider, and in others it is something the community fixes within minutes.

Official price feeds

A government or regulator publishes prices station by station, and we read that feed directly. If a price is wrong here, it is usually wrong at the source, and we can tell you so.

Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Australia

Built by the community

No official source exists, so the map comes from OpenStreetMap and the prices from drivers, with photos of the pump or the board. Your report is the data here, which is why this group needs you most.

Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Malta, Norway, United States, Canada

Live charging networks

For electric we connect to national access points and operator networks, so you get real charging points and, in a growing number of countries, a live count of free connectors rather than a guess.

MOBI.E in Portugal, Qualicharge in France, EIPA in Poland, OCPDB in Germany, NDW in the Netherlands, plus Open Charge Map worldwide

Driving somewhere not on this list? Tell us. Countries get added when there is a reason to add them, and someone asking is the most common reason of all.

Or just go and use it

The best bug report starts with a full tank and a raised eyebrow. Open Fillz where you are, and tell us what does not add up.
