Delete your Fillz data

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to hello@fillz.app with the subject Fillz data deletion request.
2. Tell us what you want deleted: the messages you sent us (from the email address you used), and/or the price reports you submitted (the station and roughly when).
3. We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.

Fillz has no accounts, so you do not need a password or username to make this request.

Data we delete

• Contact messages, the email address you gave us and the IP address stored with them.
• Price reports you submitted (price, station and time) and the anonymous device token sent with them.

Data we do not hold or that stays on your phone

• Your location is used only to find nearby stations and is not stored linked to you.
• Photos you use to read a price are processed on your phone and are never uploaded.
• Your preferences, saved stations and discounts live only on your device. Delete them by clearing the app data or uninstalling Fillz (Android: Settings, Apps, Fillz, Storage, Clear data).
• Analytics only runs if you accept it. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app, and the statistics are not linked to your name or email.

What we keep

Fuel price history, which contains no personal data, is kept for up to 16 days. We only keep other information if the law requires us to, and only for as long as it requires. More details in our Privacy Policy.

Português: eliminar os teus dados da Fillz

1. Envia um email para hello@fillz.app com o assunto Pedido de eliminação de dados Fillz.
2. Diz-nos o que queres apagar: as mensagens que nos enviaste (a partir do email que usaste) e/ou os preços que reportaste (o posto e mais ou menos quando).
3. Confirmamos a eliminação por email no prazo de 30 dias.

Apagamos: mensagens de contacto, o email e o endereço IP guardados com elas; os preços reportados (preço, posto e hora) e o identificador anónimo do dispositivo enviado com eles.

Não guardamos: a tua localização (serve só para procurar os postos perto de ti) nem as fotos para ler preços (são processadas no telemóvel e nunca enviadas). As preferências, os postos guardados e os descontos ficam só no teu telemóvel: apaga-os limpando os dados da app ou desinstalando a Fillz.

Mantemos: o histórico de preços de combustível, que não tem dados pessoais, até 16 dias, e só a informação que a lei nos obrigue a guardar, pelo tempo que obrigar.
